The PBM Database
The PBM database is a repository for the experimental data from universal protein binding microarray (PBM) experiments (Berger et al., 2006) and their accompanying statistical analyses. This initial version of the site hosts the data from the paper Sequence specificity of homeodomains, which is currently in press. The primary site for this publication can be found here.
Questions, comments, and suggestions are most welcome at the database help address.
Who we are
The PBM Database is hosted by the Bulyk lab, which is part of the Division of Genetics at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston, and the mouse homeodomain data was generated in collaboration with the Hughes' lab at the University of Toronto.
